Document Submission – Mandatory

To initiate the onboarding and registration process, all selected candidates must submit the following documents in PDF format on or before 3rd August 2026 by 2:00 PM:

– PAN Card
– Aadhaar Card
– Highest Qualification Marksheet
– Cancelled Cheque or Bank Passbook
– Passport-size Photograph
– Digital Signature

Important Instructions

– Ensure that your Aadhaar number is linked (seeded) with your bank account, as this is a mandatory requirement.
– The Background Verification (BGV) Team of ITC Kohenur will contact the selected candidates directly via email. Candidates must complete the verification process promptly to avoid any delay in onboarding.
– Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated time may delay your onboarding process.
– Selected candidates will not be eligible to participate in any further On-Campus or Off-Campus Placement Interviews conducted by SBIHM for the next six months, as they have already secured placement through the institute.
